NOTE: Telemedicine appointments are now available including in-person appointments. Please call our office or please select ‘Telemedicine’ under Location in the appointment form.
As a valued member of the FAASNY patient community, we appreciate the trust you place in us!
Through these unprecedented times, our offices are open to treat your foot and ankle issues.
Scheduling Your Next Appointment
To schedule your next appointment, please visit our website or call us at 1-866-FAASNY-1. We will make every effort to accommodate your requests, but we are scheduling patients to avoid crowded waiting rooms.
Virtual Visits
Our doctors are screening the reasons for which all patients book appointments. If there is an issue that can be handled via telemedicine, the doctor will suggest this instead of an in-office visit if they feel that you are at high risk for exposure.
Guideline For Office Visits
We would like to limit as much unnecessary traffic and exposure as possible for the safety of our patients and staff. Patients will have the opportunity to wait in their cars and/or outside of the office to reduce the possibility of waiting in close proximity to other individuals.
When entering office, we ask that you utilize a mask or face covering throughout your appointment and while on the premises. This can include a homemade covering or scarf. We also ask that you clean your hands using the provided hand sanitizer.
We also would like to remind you to make every effort to not bring family members to your appointment unless it is absolutely necessary to do so for transportation or assistance. If a child requires a parent or guardian, please limit this to one person.
Pre-screening Patients
The safety of our patients, staff, and surrounding community is our utmost concern. Patients will be properly assessed for COVID-19 risks with a series of questions via telephone when your appointment is being confirmed the day prior. Patients will have their temperatures measured at the time of their appointment and may be asked additional screening questions in person prior to being taken back for their appointment.
Additional Safety Measures Have Been Implemented
We’ve altered our protocol throughout our offices in light of the recent COVID-19 crisis. This includes a more thorough surface cleaning and exam room sanitizing between patients as well as carefully schedule patients to avoid crowded waiting rooms. Our physicians and staff are provided with personal protective equipment (PPE).
Our goal is to continue to provide quality care for all of our patients while following social distancing guidelines. We thank you for entrusting us with your foot and ankle issues and are privileged to serve you. We hope you remain safe and healthy!
