
Dr. Shah is an Associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. In her free time, Dr. Shah enjoys dancing, cooking, traveling, and exploring new restaurants in Manhattan.
Dr. Shah is a native New Yorker, living most of her life between Manhattan and Long Island. She attended New York University graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with minors in Chemistry and Child Mental Health Studies. She continued her education at New York College of Podiatric Medicine where she earned her degree in Podiatric Medicine.
She completed a three-year residency at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx where she was trained in elective and non-elective surgeries of the foot, rear foot and ankle. She was trained and exposed to various subspecialties during her residency and believes she practices podiatric medicine with a more comprehensive and holistic approach as a result. She attended courses for internal fixation and arthroscopy during her training as well.
Dr. Shah is an Associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
Having grown up dancing her whole life, she empathizes with the necessity to live pain free with any foot ailments. She is compassionate towards her patients and recognizes that communication is the most integral part of any patient interaction.
